Kerstin has been a team leader in the field of educational technology. She currently works nationwide with hundreds of school districts training and project managing.
Her background includes a degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Human Resources from Claremont Graduate University in California. While at Claremont Graduate University she took classes with the World Famous Peter Drucker.
During graduate school she honed her skills during a human resources internship at Toyota, an industry leader in their hiring techniques. She learned many important concepts about finding and hiring employees with the best fit for any position.
She loves spending time with her family, photography and helping others.
Laurel has been in the clinical research field for over 20 years. She has worked with major pharmaceutical companies to small device and pharmaceutical companies. She has worked on local to international research studies. Laurel has mentored many people in this industry from helping them obtain their first job, training junior staff, and advising other consultants on managing their businesses.
She has been a Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) since 2000. Laurel obtained her B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from University of California at San Diego (UCSD). She obtained a certificate in Clinical Trials Design and Management from UCSD Extension. Laurel is a member of ACRP and Women in Bio.
Laurel enjoys creating art from painting to photography. She volunteers for non-profits including "DonnaBellas Angels", a 501(c)3 non-profit she founded.
